Responsible gambling
Gambling can be addictive. Winnings cannot be planned, and losses are always possible. Never gamble with money needed for rent, bills or everyday expenses.
Gambling limits
Before you play for the first time, you must set at least one loss limit. Daily, weekly and monthly limits are available, along with additional deposit limits. Lower limits take effect immediately; an increase takes effect no sooner than after 24 hours.
A gambling break can last from one day to six months. You can still log in during the break, but gambling is blocked for the selected categories or across the entire platform.
When gambling becomes a problem
Warning signs include staking more than planned, gambling with borrowed money or trying to recover losses by continuing to play. Arguments about gambling or problems at work can also indicate harm.
Addiction counselling services advise both people affected and their relatives. You do not need a diagnosis to seek help.
Voluntary gambling exclusion
You can apply to the casino for a voluntary gambling exclusion. It applies to casinos and covered online gambling services in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Closing your account does not replace this exclusion.
The application requires a signature and an official identity document. You can leave a callback request regarding player protection on +41 44 515 35 47. Direct counselling is not available on this number.
